Join us for a fun and flavorful evening at our Bingo and Chili Night where families and friends can enjoy lively bingo games, taste delicious homemade chili in our friendly contest, vote for their favorite, spend time together in a warm community atmosphere, and enjoy a variety of food and snacks available for purchase.

Judging Criteria

Chili will be judged by attendee voting only. Everyone at the event can cast a vote for their favorite chili. Votes are based on overall impression including flavor, texture, aroma, appearance, creativity, and spiciness.

Portion Sizes

Prepare a large pot of chili. The amount depends on event attendance, but plan to have enough for generous sample servings throughout the event. Bringing a full pot will help ensure you have enough to share.

Food Safety

Chili must be kept warm and safe to serve throughout the event. Participants should use heating trays or warmers to maintain a safe serving temperature. Please use clean utensils and follow general food safety practices.

Time and Setup

Participants may begin setting up about one hour before the event start time. Tables will be available for arranging your station, plugging in warmers, and preparing your samples.

Decorations or Theme

The event space will be decorated. Additional participant table decorations are optional.

Clean Up

Participants are responsible for cleaning their own station at the end of the event. A cleanup and setup sign up will be provided to help support the process.

Prizes and Awards

There will be one winner based on attendee votes. The participant with the most votes will receive a prize.
